I've found that being an empath is connected to having both an overstimulated nervous system, due to experienced or ancestral trauma AND having the Gift of Empathy which is as a Spiritual Gift given by God. Thus, increasing your spiritual and physical awarenesses.
To tune-in to the Gift of Empathy, which helps you feel more peace and joy in your life and less discord, it requires you to start healing your overstimulated nervous system. An unregulated nervous system wreaks havoc on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. You can more comfortably and easily explore the unseen world of energy solely using the Gift of Empathy without need for an overstimulated nervous system.
With your Gift of Empathy, you can harness your sensitivity to energy and use your intuition, faith, and intention to hack your nervous system so you start feeling more comfortable in your mind and body!

When your nervous system is overstimulated, you can feel excessive doubt, fear, or even lose hope. You might be quick to anger, easily withdraw or self-isolate, and even disassociate when you face a challenge, discomfort, or an experience you’re unsure how to navigate.
Being an empath creates a lot of new experiences and can be scary when you don’t understand that what you’re feeling sometimes isn’t even your own energy!
When you have a dysregulated nervous system, which most empaths experience, you’re more likely to find comfort and familiarity in chaos, pain, or sadness.
Have you ever noticed you’re prone to being in or around drama? Do you have difficulty letting go of control or asking for help? Do you expect perfection of yourself and use shame to keep yourself in check when you make a mistake? Or do you often daydream and prefer the stories you create instead of the reality you’re living in?
Creating or being comfortable with chaos or drama, the need for control, inability or lack of desire to ask for help, expecting perfection, using shame tactics on yourself or others, and daydreaming instead of living in reality, are often signs of a dysregulated nervous system.
Your nervous system might only know how to be in fight, flight, fawn, or freeze! If you are familiar with feeling afraid, worthless, or that you're merely surviving instead of thriving then it's time to hack your nervous system and remove the unwanted coding that's been written through traumatic experiences or inherited baggage.
Interestingly, I’ve learned that our physical nervous system resembles an upside-down tree with branches with the trunk originating directly from our heart. I’ve connected that the health of our nervous system can be symbolically understood as the health of our personal Family Tree.

2) learn to navigate your fears with faith
3) begin to “Cry Unto the Lord” for everything!
4) become aware of your ancestral trauma
5) implement intuitive release to personalize your healing journey
